PROCLAMATION NO. 6
MORATORIUM
ARTICLE 3 (2)
AUTHORISATION.
In pursuance of paragraph (2) of Article 3 of
the above Proclamation I hereby authorise as
follows:-
1.
In addition to the specified purpose
authorised under my hand on the 13th day of
September, 1945, you may in your absolute discretion
advance a sum not exceeding Two hundred dollars to
any person who is not already a customer of your
bank or any other authorised bank and who satisfies
you that he has not already obtained any advance
under a similar authorisation given to another
bank.
2.
You will be notified later of any further
business which you may transact and of any terms
conditions and restrictions which I deem it
necessary to impose on you in accordance with para-
graph 2 (b) of Article 3 of the Moratorium
Proclamation.
